Internet of Things Program
In May 2015, three departments (communication engineering, electrical engineering and electronic engineering) of group of Information and Communication Science planned to start the “Internet of Things Program“. Students are allowed to apply for joining the program in 104-1 academic year (since August 2015).
Purpose ：
In order to train our students to have powerful ability of research, development and practical experience in the area of the Internet of Things. The Internet of Things Program was then set up.
The goal of this program is to guide student to catch up to the global trend of technology. Also, they will have more expertise and Competitiveness for dealing with various challenges.
Students need to apply and to finish 6 courses and earn 18 credits, includes:
1. Two Kernel courses for six credits (Includes 1 basic requirement course for 3 credits, and 1 sensing system course for 3 credits)
2. Four Advanced and application courses for twelve credits. (Two courses Cross-Departmental Elective are required)
